Easy Payment options fits my budget. Friendly staff. My favorite store is Kansas city state avenue. Manager Reina.

I would say the staff is very nice, however very clueless on their delivery processes. I purchased a couch from this company and starting off they actually delivered the wrong couch. They did quickly correct the mistake however, I did have to sit through a video which is unusual during a delivery process.

Kayla greeted me and assisted me from the moment I walked in the front door. Outstanding customer service skills. She was friendly, informative, experienced, and professional! I had just peeked inside your competition at Aaron's and couldn't get good customer service with undivided attention so I came to Rent a Center and had the pleasure of meeting Kayla. So glad I shopped around, not just for product but customer service and relations that are critical to consumers and this location on State Avenue exceeded my expectations and standards!!!

Very helpful and went above and beyond. With my health issue it was a struggle more then not to pay on time. And they worked with me every step of the way until it was paid off. I will forever be a customer for State Ave store.

The place is trash! All the furniture has damages from the living room sets to couches to bed sets! Then I placed an order for a couch and set up a delivery and all!!! Day of delivery I call she tells me auto pay wasn’t set up nothing she can do. Doesn’t offer to help me at all fix this issue. She’s rude, she’s short and for someone who claims she owns the business she sure doesn’t know how to run it! Save your time and money and just bipass this whole trash store !
