Aaron's

This place is an absolute scam !!!! I’ve been with them for 4 years now. So I live on a military base, I ordered a washer a dryer from them twice they were able to deliver it on the military base to my house with no issues. All of a sudden my washers drum started making noise when I use it, I contacted Aaron’s to see if they can come and fix it. Aaron’s gave me the number to the warranty place. I called the warranty place to schedule a time and day, the warranty place said they’re unable to come on base to fix it. I contacted Aaron’s to see if they can pick it up. Aaron’s said they’re unable to come on post due to the fact that one delivery driver has open warrants and others are prior felons. The manager said she’ll come get it personally and she’ll call me back , manager never called back so after playing phone tag I got a different manager that said the same exact thing and never showed up. I reached out to the district manager who said Aaron’s will not be coming to pick up the washer to get serviced and if I want them to fix it I’d have to get a U-Haul to take it off base for them to get it and I’d be responsible if anything were to happen to the washer. I asked how is it they’re able to come post on 2 different occasions to drop it off but now when’s it’s time to get fixed all of a sudden you don’t want to and can’t come on base kind of fishy. I asked so what would happen if I stop paying the bill what would you do since you can’t come on base to repo it. He said do what you have to do. So now I have a washer I can’t use and currently going to a laundry mat until I buy a new washer because they refuse to give to me my money back since they can’t honor my warranty. Is that how you guys treat your customers. I’m in contact with a lawyer and the better business bureau who say I have a legitimate claim.

I love my sectional been coming here since 2011. My whole entire house has all Aaron’s furniture. I’m going to purchasing the rest of my bedroom set after I do pay off my sectional I just got today and my tv as well. The two gentlemen were awesome and I appreciate the kindness I get from Aaron’s.

I have dealt with Aaron's for years, my take on a busy like this is for ppl that don't have the funds to flat out purchase these items but want or need them, and it's a way to have them, no matter what your budget looks like..These guys are great, over just 3-4 years, I would say, I have purchased and paid for a stereo, a washer and dryer (charcoal grey Samsung set) I luv it; a stainless steel frig. and JBL boom box speaker just a little something I saw I take to work sometimes..All items brand new, Couldn't think of anything else I need, or want..But the manager and staff or great ppl..So stop by..The new location on State Ave, KcK..🤞🏽💕💞

Aaron's has been my go to business when I really needed anything. For the last 20 some odd years I have been using Aaron's as my emergency outlet store. Every store I have been to has always been there to meet my every need. The staff has always been curtious and helpful in every way. Five stars for Aaron's and their staff.
