Literally love this place! Everyone is so helpful and so sweet! I had to make a payment however only had cash so they had one of their employees come and pick it up from me while I was at work! They go above and beyond! Wonderful employees there.

I have been renting to own from RAC for over 25 yrs and they have helped me get thru a divorce , 3 out of state moves and they always work with me and understand. The guys @ Junction City store are Amazing!!! Now I am planning my husbands biggest gift yet for Xmas!!! Hats off to the staff @RAC!!! Thank you so much!!

I have never done business with someone where in the end I felt financially taken advantage of and disrespected so this is definitely a first. the only person who tried to be transparent was the store manager after my first agreement situation. Only to be told "hey you'll still have the credit for the next time........there won't be a next time. The DM was the one who advised him to make my situation right and when the store manager called this person he was on the phone getting upset like my situation was the store managers fault......no it's not. It's rent a centers fault. We'll as a director of ops to a district here's some food for thought your customers are not all trying to take advantage and we are not and inconvenience. Oh well congrats rent a center it's paid off now, but I'm the one feeling taken advantage of financially and disrespected by a DM who made me feel like my issue was my fault , I can't make this up I will never ever ever do business there again so I guess that original 600 credit is a financial gift from me to you

If I could give it zero stars I would. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. Harassing customers at their home, banging on doors for hours at a time. Cops have had to be called on them multiple times for harassment and they continued to bang on doors and call you all day. Management needs to be fire for the amount of unprofessional shown don’ye and Robert both managers, we’re personally banging down my door and told us they would do it all night. If this is how you run a business I hate to see how you are at home. Run far away from this place.
