They have ALWAYS treated us kindly and if we missed a payment for some reason they would always work with us. I never felt judged or treated bad because of anything. We returned one product to them due to buying the same product off someone! They were polite and we even gave them the wrong appliance by accident and again they called and were super respectful and got it all fixed and our money back. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future!!!
Absolutely do not use this company because if you cancel or anything, they will not give you your money until they have it in till and it’s not like our owed more than 80 bucks that’s ridiculous that they will not refuse to go get the money. We have to wait till they get a cash deposit piece of crap do not use.
