I've been renting for couple years now. Loved the items and payments. Everyone was friendly and professional. Until couple months back. When an employee did not remove my card and processed my payment without permission. Said I was coming in to make the payment because wasnt on the card. It resulted in them getting their money but I was $2.78 short on the card thats y I said id be in to pay cash. It cost me $30 overdraft at my bank. I've never been late or avoided them for any reason. I've paid thousands of dollars to them. Very good customer. I called to make payment to day and was told it was a card service fee now too. Started in Jan. But last 3 weeks never had the fee. I have less that 350 on my item. It will be paid off next month and I will NEVER rent here again. I recommend Rent A Center. They have great prices and very flexible. My husband has been with them for 2 years. We have paid off several items thru them. Arona is a fraud. They do not care about their customers. I've asked for a number to speak to owner or corporate and they refuse to tell me. DO NOT RENT HERE. Its good in beginning but towards end of contract they do alot of bullshit. Unprofessional at the end. Only one with respect and professionalism is Robert. He gets 5 stars everyone else get a -5.

Got a great deal, and absolutely love my new sofa! Had a great experience with everything from the sales team in the store, to the very fast delivery and setup. The guys delivering were careful and respectful. Thank you, I will definitely be back!

I'm so happy! I adulted (finally) and got myself a new bed & 65" Samsung TV. Payments are SUPER affordable for my budget & the best part is the FREE delivery!!!! 😍

Absolutely love my new sectional and recliner! The delivery guys were fast, and so kind! They even helped move my old furniture to the garage. Sebina is amazing and and absolute doll!!! Makes the ordering process very easy!!
