Very nice service! Got me what I wanted and made the whole process simple! I think my sales rep was Dennis, nice guy he is very knowledgeable! My delivery n installers were very polite and thoughtful of my belongs. Overall so far, very pleased I choose to go thru them.

Always been happy with this store! Great selection and they have always stood behind their products. Had a few hard weeks with work and they were very accommodating and worked with me. Paid off several things easily with them.

They are nice friendly people but when it comes to getting payments correct they have a very hard time doing that. They have told me I was good on payment until certain days then take out payment earlier than they said causing me to go negative in my account several time. Never have I had this issue with rent a center and I’ve added multiple things to my payments and they have always had everything come out same pay cycle. Too much trouble trying to get on same page as to when and what payments will be coming out.
