I have been a customer with the Ames Rent A Center for about a year now and any time I have an issue, need to have something changed or fixed, Jamal is always so wonderful to work with!! He is kind, remembers your name and always has a smile on his face! His customer service skills are top notch!!! His team are all very nice as well!!! I will continue to give my business to them!!
Ok I came and met the sales representative name Donna Crump and she was very helpful and friendly. I told her what i wanted and she smiled with a friendly attitude as I was looking to start an account with you guys. I must say and admit that she did a wonderful job among helping me get what I was looking for and also we had a very friendly conversation as well and she made me feel welcome and like I’m family and I’m glad to have met her and I will most definitely recommend everyone to her in the Ames Iowa location. I just want to say thank you so much Ms Crump and I will most definitely be back again.
Can’t leave 0 stars. Was lied to about delivery!! No contact was made!!!! When setting up purchase, we told the clerk (Jamal) that I WOULD BE HOME ALL DAY! Waiting on refund!! Update. Contacted customer support. Explained what my problem was, and asked for a refund. Was told 10-14 business days for refund. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!
I absolutely looove this location. The manager Kaitlyn is so patient, and definitely has great customer service. I would recommend this location to everyone in the Ames area. I most DEFINITELY left there with a smile, and STILL enjoy doing business with them after months of service. Great job to the whole team.
