Ugh…what can I say. Both the valpo and merriville location share a general manager. He and the account manager are despicable individuals. They thrive off hassling their consumers and have predatory practices. Dont miss one payment otherwise they will be coming for you and the little you have. Very disgusted with everything about Aarons, it has only been a stressful experience since the day they drop off my furniture. Please I can not emphasize enough!…do not rent anything from these insane people.

I bought a mattress there. The mattress broke down and it's in horrible shape and I still haven't finished paying it off

Very professional staff and management. No pressure to purchase something out of your budget range and very helpful to get the best deal. People leaving negative reviews for paying for an overpriced item need to understand the benefit of getting the item prior to paying it off. I think Aaron's is a very good place for people who need new furniture or other items but can't afford the hefty cash payment. Great service and highly recommend.

This goes out to Eric D he is one heck of an employee he went above and beyond his job to help me out in a bind. Aaron's in Valparaiso on Calumet is a outstanding store, all their employees have a strong work ethic, from the management to the delivery drivers and set up and clean up and all the way to the employees in the store especially Eric D again he took care of an issue that he did not have to but he went above and beyond his job to take care of it for me that's motivation and dedication, again if you need any furniture television anything make sure you stop into Aaron's and Valpo off of Calumet they will definitely take care of you ask for Eric D

Been a Customer for years. If you get 1 day late they call and Harrass you! They are super aggressive acting like they don’t get paid! I owe less than 500 dollars on this item and I’ve paid off everything else that I had with them! Way to be rude to a customer! You don’t have to chase us we always pay! Seriously disappointed with how I was treated today over a payment. Instead of just saying hey I see you missed your payment you were rude and demanding about when and how!!! That’s not very good service! Do better!
