All in all, was was a good experience. Only issue I have is that the product wasn’t really explained and both the in store representative and then the delivery driver and his helper really knew nothing about the product and was unable to answer my questions. I would recommend learning about the products you have before putting them on the floor for sale/rent

My experience with American rental was amazing! Staff was super helpful and friendly. They are super flexible. If they don’t have what you ordered online they store, they encouraged us to come in and look around and price match what we picked!:) They even delivered same day! I encourage anyone needing some furniture but don’t have the full amount, to check American rental out!!!
