I ordered a speaker said it would be in in 2 weeks they was able to get me one in a few days. So far been nice on the phone. I was running behind to pick speaker up store was closed but they stayed and help me get it loaded and was very nice about it. So first interactions are 5 stars.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Told the delivery people the doors might need to be taken off so let me know, they decide not to let me know then proceed to break not only the new refrigerator but also my old one. So now I have no refrigerator and it’s “my problem not theirs”

Amazing place to be a loyal customer at. Been valued since 2015 and when life sets you back even a tad then are there to understand. As long as you are honest and up front with them they are willing to help work it out with you. Amazing staff and very kind

Good place to get quality household items. We have gotten several items from there and have never had a problem. The staff is nice and always helpful with any questions we may have. They have worked with us a couple times when our payment was going to be a couple days late. Would recommend to anyone and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Horrible communication. Worst customer service ever. I asked them to call me before they came the day of delivery. No call. But I was home. Now 3 months into it. The purchase has been junk. And they dont have a service tech. So they send delivery drivers. Who I'm sure are exhausted in this heat working all day. But they cant even give me a call. I specifically told them I work nights. And they gave me a 4 hour window. Again, They show up. No call. And Tim is calling me a liar. I'm not very happy with this place at all!!!!
