Given a faulty dryer that only worked for one load before it completely stopped working. Called/texted to get it resolved. They sent a company out to fix it in a few days but I couldn’t make it to my home since I was only given a 20-30 minute notice. I may have forgotten to call back but I believe they as well could have reached out. I purposely didn’t pay so that way someone could reach me. As they did. I explained again what happened, the person on the phone says. Yes the company called you, and you never called back. I said oh ok maybe I misunderstood, I understood they would make a stop somewhere else and then make it to my home. They said, no. She was right here beside me and that’s what she said, you never called back. Me, oh okay. Flabbergasted with the great customer service. She said you need to call that number. I was like oh okayyyyy what’s the number? I’m a single mother of two children with disability’s, I do not have time for this. It’s been a struggle taking them to the laundromat. A simple how can I help? Let me give you the number so you can set an appointment with them. I’m sorry this happened. I’m treated like I purposely broke this dryer to make this a difficult situation. Please improve on the way you handled situations like this, some of us are holding on by a thread.
Great store and fantastic people! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they went to the wrong address when they came to deliver my beds, and then only brought 1 frame...2 beds and 1 frame is what they brought. Its not hard to read an address or paperwork to make sure you have everything you need for the delivery, and they left the plasticon the beds, when i worked for rent-a-center, we removed all the plastic and took it with us, we did not just poke alittle hole and leave it on the bed, they claim its so the mattress can fully inflate, but just poking alittle hole doesnt really help, take off all the plastic and its airs up within 30 mins. Other than those to minor issues tbh, everything went great, set up went smoothly and the guys that delivered my beds was very nice and professional. Update to this review!!! Everything is said is very true, but then I had my couch delivered and these idiots tried to force the couch through my front door, did not take the legs off until it was suggested, did not take the door off until they tried to force my couch through the door again and it wouldn't go through...and in the process of trying to force it, they damaged my front door frame, tore some of the "fuzzy fur" off the couch and gouged my front door frame!! The fuzzy is even embedded into the wood of the door frame!! Then these guys had the nerve to go back to the store and tell they bosses that it went smoothly and without problem! Turns out that I was wrong about them being professional, because this issue is not professional! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I think the store has great customer service could be better. I had a problem with my paycheck and I ask the manager is there any way he could wave the late fee and he said no. It just seems they lack empathy. But besides that they do a great job in taking care of me.
Went in on a Wednesday did an application got approved signed my agreement paid my install payment for the furniture I wanted can get delivered on Friday 08/16/24 3 hours before the furniture was to be delivered I get a call from Micheal and a rude manor saying they can’t deliver my furniture after I had set my other furniture out the had days to let me know and brought up something I return 12 years ago. When I called another store I was told it was the manager who denied my application how rude I feel like I was discriminated against
Sad but true you can make all Your payments when due but the moment you fall behind for a personal matter for six days they’re calling you and blowing up your phone to make payments on the items. Treating people like if they were thieves, the fact they’ve had that happen to them from other people doesn’t mean we’re the same. The store manager was very rude and disrespectful and the moment I finish paying off my items they will for sure loose a customer. I paid off a tv for them to come at me over 74$ unbelievable. Poor customer service all the way.
