Worst experience ever! The general manager is very rude and canceled my order after making my family wait nearly 3 weeks and wanted to add more days of wait. I will never purchase nor recommend this place ever! We even called corporate office and they said they won't do nothing about it! I guess my family has to sleep on the floor for another few nights until we can repurchase from another company! Stay away from this company!

Absolutely awful customer service. First I bought a computer. I brought it home, logged in and as soon as I did that, my Microsoft had been hacked 30 times in one day. I took it back, they said they couldnt give me a loaner due to not having one in the same price range and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks before I could get another. So I told them to keep it. I then rented a couch, loveseat and tv thru them. Figured out that we feel like giants on the couch, so I asked them for another couch, but refused to find one in the same price range. So I said screw it and went to rent a center. I scheduled a pickup with Aaron's, the same day as rent a center, so the old stuff can go out and the new stuff can come in. They said Monday wouldn't work, so it would have to be Tuesday. Its now Tuesday, I called and they said we weren't on the schedule. He asked me who I spoke with, I told him I don't remember, but I have a time and date of when I called. He refused to help bcuz I didn't know the associate, but told me that the calls are monitored and recorded. So if the calls are recorded, go back and listen to who I spoke with since I have a date and time, and they REFUSED AGAIN. I don't think I've even had such bad customer service from a company. They can come get their stuff tomorrow or they can sue me ☺️🤷‍♀️ "that is recorded"... "Ok, and?" 🤣🤣 This is what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt.... Smh

Man, Phil and Bill are the absolute GOATs. The dryer we got has had problems, but they are always on top of it with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and they always have the answers to all of my questions with the astute knowledge that is becoming so rare in this world. Bill and Phil deserve a raise and a podcast. P.S. I absolutely love the laptop. A+ on all the hard work.

I had to change my review now. The online set up was bad. Really poorly explained for finalization which caused my wife and I to cancel delivery and future service. Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit.

I ordered furniture on line, and had the delivery date set. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said their delivery truck ‘broke down’, and said I would be their first delivery the day after tomorrow. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said they were no delivering due to COVID-19. Understandable. I simply canceled my order after already making a payment, and was told my money would be refunded within 10 business days. That was 30 days ago, and still no refund. I called the GM, and he didn’t seem to care. Aaron’s will never have my business again.
