I would give a NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I attempted to purchase a gaming laptop and never heard back after completing all paperwork. I ended up calling them and they said I would need to go through another location because their district manager said so, but they didn't understand why (the other location was in fact FURTHER away). I call the location further away in Columbus, IN and they also tell me... I would need to go through the other location which is THIS location because they are closer. I explained that they had told me the opposite and the district manager had informed them of that... They then tell me, no, the district manager is here, she said you would have to go through there. I CALL SEYMOUR LOCATION AGAIN, they said that's weird maybe she changed her mind, we will call you back. I end up calling them back after almost 2 hours, I get hung up I call back AGAIN and they tell me I have to put my boyfriend on my paperwork, or they won't rent to me? Again, reason was, I don't know why, that's just what she said. I work, fulltime, had the same job for 7 years, gave creditable references, and was treated like crap for NO reason at all. I had never gone through Rent A Center, this was a first-time experience and never again will I attempt to get anything here. Save your money and time, these people have no common decency and have no clue what customer service is. Absolutely shameful.

The guys working when I got my son's lap top were super awesome and knew I needed something the same day. I came in 20 min BEFORE closing and they still managed to help me get the perfect laptop the SAME DAY!! My son was so surprised and happy. Super easy buying experience too.

They have went above and beyond to get what we wanted. Very pleased with the service they provide. Would recommend them over any other company.

Everything was fine. Was going to miss a payment too the computer back with the promise of a 30 day hold. Went back to get it and they sold it out from under me anyway. Poor customer service. Will never do business with this company again.
