I inquired about a washer and dryer set after closing on Friday evening, Sara responded promptly Saturday morning and even held a set for me until I could get there. Upon arriving and looking at the set, we bought it. They had a full schedule and they were a few days out on delivery but still worked us in the schedule for the same day delivery. Hands down a wonderful experience from Sara and her staff.

Me and my daughter and granddaughter went to look at couches. My granddaughter was all over the store and these people are so nice and helpful I recommend this store highly!!!

I have very much enjoyed working with them cause I've never had to rent to own before and it's simple due to the way it was explained, they are by far the best group of people I've ever had the privilege of working with, and they absolutely take care of all my household needs have went above and beyond to make sure I have each and every little thing that I need and have even worked with me on times that have fallen on hard times I have managed to keep my household together. Because if they're kindness and they're professionalism.

Everyone was wonderful and I just enjoyed the overall vibe. I know that in the long run I'm spending more money, but I like how I can have the furniture right now. It's really good if you need to furnish someplace and a pinch :) and the same as cash option. As always the preferred method. Sarah and Eric were both awesome and were ready to help me understand the entire process with a smile. Thanks!

Fast, easy to file the paper work after finding the couch we wanted! The ladies Betty &,, i believe the manager was very kind & helpful. We did have a 11 percent off but forgot to use it because it was not with us at the time so the guy that dropped are couch off said it needs to be used during the first process and payment:/ but hey my fault. Anyways the couch we got is so comfy my 2 year old and I slept on it and he is still sleeping so overall 10 out of 10! American rental had a great friendly services attitude. Thank you and I recommend them 10 out of 10. Thry brought my couch to me and helped me put it where I wanted it to go
