Donald H. Is awesome to do business with. I had a hard time making a choice for a sofa for several months and Donald was extremely patient with me. I finally purchased one last night, we thought, until I picked another sofa after Donald had already started all of the paperwork!😳🙄 Donald didn't miss a beat and changed it out for me! We went in looking for a couch and TV & was told about the great deal they have going on. Customer service was great in the store and the process to get things going was simple. 😊 The delivery drivers were polite and none of furniture was damaged.
I love american rental I have been renting from them for 6 years they have quality merchandise the staff is so pleasant they always make me good deal .Donald and Marcus are the best I highly recommend the salem store
These guys are spectacular ,friendly in-store service,prompt delivery ,can't ask for any better service 25 year customer.
Soon as I came inside I was immediately greeted and asked what I could be helped with. The store manager was very professional during my visit. I highly recommend this store.
