Very hardworking crew at the Richmond, IN Store. they always go above and beyond to help as much as possible with their customers. not just me I have witnessed them helping others while I was there paying my bill. I got to give them a 10 out of 10 with the work they put in. especially with the economy the way it is now . this crew needs appraisal from higher ups more than what they get. the store looks really nice always. even when they had a flood last year, they still made it look good.. these people are awesome great job Richmond IN, Rent A Center. the Manager Laurie is amazing..

Laurie was awesome,answered all questions and even had to find what I wanted.... within 1 day she found it and had it in the store...and I could pick it up the next day extremely nice and courteous...will definitely be doing business with her again

I had to call the store multiple times to get information before I made a financial decision. And although the manager explain it to me for about 20 minutes, afterwards I still had questions and when I tried to call back, they said that I needed to come into the store. They were completely rude, and none of the other store employees were willing to explain it to me. I thought this was extremely bad business practice for someone who is willing to go in and spend the harder in cash. Normally, these ladies are very nice and I’ve had good experiences with him in the past, but it only takes one bad experience. And this was it.
