Rent-A-Center

Tyler has excellent customer service skills and he has handled all four orders that we have placed. We truly appreciate his help and we are satisfied customers. We highly recommend this Rent-A-Center location. Our sofa and loveseat was delivered and setup by Q and Ross and they did an outstanding job. My front door entrance was a tight squeeze and they were not able to bring the furniture through the door. They work very well together and have good communication skills, they moved the furniture through my back patio door with a lot of strength and determination. I appreciate them for working so hard and for being extremely nice. Keep up the good job guys!!

I've been a customer of Rentacenter for years. I've purchased a couch, two washing machines, a dryer, oak curio cabinet, TV, computer, and refrigerator. I've never been dissatisfied with my purchases or the treatment that I received from Tyler and his staff. Tyler manages his store very well and his staff are well trained. I can't understand the bad reviews. Unfortunately, it is Tyler's job to repossess items that are in default on payment. Keep up the great work guys and as soon as I want to upgrade or need anything else I will be in contact.

Tyler and his staff have been exceptional on all four of my purchases, including a washer and dryer, two android smart phones and now an HP computer. I LOVE the computer that they suggested to me. I used to go to Aaron's, but now will only go to rent a center. Thanks, Tyler and staff! 😊

Sad to have to even do this. Was left in an awe-state with the unprofessionalism with this location. Taylor in particular. The manner in which he communicated with my wife regarding ‘Pillows’ that their delivery guys walked right past upon pickup was appalling. I’ve attached photos of what the guys did while picking up the couch. Literally destroying our floor. Which honestly was something we had not even reached out to the store and were not even going to. However Taylor’s aggressive responses to text and combative and accusing tone when I spoke with him were highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Stating his guys said they didn’t do that and it was already done when they arrived and then going directly into we are going to continue to charge you until you bring the pillows to us. Being told the couch is harder to rent without pillows and brushing past the 1200$ it’ll cost for the floor, was just petty. We have happily used Rent-A-Center for years and are shocked at this treatment. I have left exactly zero reviews in my life, viewing them as more harm than good overall. However, I am just that frustrated.

First off the customer service that this location 📍 in Noblesvile has is amazing! First impressions is everything! I will for sure be a future customer here and recommend to my friends and family! Tyler, the store manager is awesome! Always goes the extra mile to locate what me and my wife are needing! Christian and Taylor just delivered tv and stand with sectional and handled everything with care! Very courteous of my home! Also very professional and polite! Excellent service! Thanks for all you do!!!
