Ive heard from family that its been months and multiple attemps at delivery and something always comes up on the stores side. Whats worse is the items still aren't delivered.

So I called before i drove there and a girl answered the phone yesterday I asked if she had any lg front loaders I couldn't understand her clearly on the phone . So I took a trip at the store and I went into to look not a one person greated me or asked if I needed help so I spoke up and asked if they had any lg front loaders , she said they dont have any front loaders she I told you on the phone pendleton pike as one in-stock so I called before I drove that way they dont have none in stock maybe she was confused from the top loaders from the front loaders . But anyway I will not coming back to this store with no help or even look up the computer who has some in stock no help . Looks to me like she doesn't want to work at all . I work in customer service so I know I always help my customers to find what they need . Or even just say hi very unprofessional!!

Tried to haggle down a price on their fireplace just to be told "it was lowered down from 900$ to 70$". I can buy the exact same one on walmart for 90. Its not 900$ if I can find it new for 90 while they ask 70 for used. If I were anyone, id avoid these places. Your paying x10 the price of items, not x2 not x3, x10 the price.

I have rented a few times from the Noblesville location and I'm still renting a PC, Monitor and now a full living room set with electronic fully leather couches!! The cost is reasonable and they never deceive customers. Ken and Tim both are absolutely amazing even when I'm a little bit of a pain with my payments being a little late 😁 I would absolutely recommend this location. The best part is that if for some reason something breaks, it's covered. If you want a different design or newer technology......easy to make happen. I will never buy furniture or expensive electronics anywhere else. Again....I want to give a huge shout out to Tim and Ken for amazing customer service and honesty!!!! I'm Kenneth Jones and I'm a customer for life!!!!

At the start the staff didn’t explain how much interest I should be paying! So I ended paying 3 times the cash price!!!!! I was promised to get a discount for paying off earlier than the usual time frame! But the general manager decided to contradict his sale representative offer!! Very bad customer satisfaction and care!!!!! I ended up paying double the amount that the sale representative offered in order to pay off the contact!!! I will never do business with such deceitful place, nor I recommend it for others!!
