Very dangerous driving on 11/20/25 located in ligonier IN. Driver was on his phone, looked like a male with semi short hair brown! Not sure what the truck number is but the yellow sticker on the windshield is 3636 You guys need to get this under control.

If I could leave 0 starts I would First time trying to rent something here and did online purchase. Had the process done or so I thought. And turns out the agent that helped me messed up so now I have to go out of my way to the store to get my money back after I already made 3 payments on this Xbox x. WILL NOT BE RENTING ANYTHING FROM THEM! First and last time I will try. My dad rents from them and my brothers gf and they had no issues so I thought I give them a try. MISTAKE … Just be careful when ordering

We have been using this Rent A Center since 2017. In 2019, when I was diagnosed with cancer, one of the staff was calling regularly to check on me and see how treatments were going even though we didn't have anything we were paying for at the time. They all rejoiced with me when I received my remission report. When that staff member left for another opportunity, the manager Steve took over checking on me to see how I was doing, and he still does six years later. Last month, I was inquiring about a new stove, but I opted against it because of financial constraints despite the fact that the oven quit working. Bobbie Jo messaged me yesterday to let me know about one at a reduced price, and I accepted. We have never had any serious issues with anything we have purchased from them. Eight years of above and beyond customer service is why I keep going back. I highly recommend this place for any rent to own furniture or appliances you may need if you can't just buy something outright. 🙂 Just editing to say the customer service experience is like no other. They never cease to amaze me about the level of care they have for their customers. 🥰

Showed up and couch did not fit through door right away, no complaining. Just problem solving. Figured it out and they were on their way. Very good service.
