The staff is amazing! I wouldn't suggest another location to do business with BESIDES the one and only WF. Their customer service skills are through the roof (trust me I know I visited others). The manager is a sweetheart. 5 stars! Tell them Brooke sent ya (if you don't plan on paying your bill then don't say that ) 🤣
I have now purchased from this store on 2 occasions, both times I've been well taken care of and my needs were met. Casey was awesome and provided great customer service.
West Frankfort Rent One has made it an easy experience from day one. Everything is explained clearly. They have handled every issue we have come a-crossed which has been just a minor few. They are always willing to work with you.
Always helpful and very Kind.. All are great to work with , however Angie is who I usually deal with and she is the BEST!!! Will work with you on things and if they don’t have it , will find it for you!!! Will always deal with West Frankfort Rent One for needs if needed.
