Got my merchandise quickly and was great service from employees. All the things that charge extra for convenience, Makes getting what I need or want from rent a center for reasonable weekly payments a great purchase.

I am still trying to resolve a problem with my rental washer. Your psychic service technician diagnosed it without ever seeing it as a well water issue. I'm not a big believer in mediums or psychic service techs, so we have an appointment for a real service person to come out next week. If it is diagnosed to be a well water issue we will pay that bill. However, you should prepare yourself to receive the bill. In the meantime I am cancelling our autopay until further notice. In the hopes that this will get managements attention.

My experience with the streator in store has been a nightmare. I have been a rent a center customer for a long time I bought a washer and dryer from a rent a center in Tennessee great store in Dickson Tennessee about making the customer happy. Streator not so much. I got the couch the one side had never been right I have mentioned that I have inquired about a different couch I was interested in I was told they would call around and see if they could find a new one and I never heard anything I wanted to buy a bed set up the auto payment for the couch and the bed the bed was supposed to be delivered I called to make sure it was coming they proceed to tell me I had to set up auto payment first. We had already done that so I just cancelled the order it was ridiculous and then guess what the auto payment started coming out! So because of all this I bought a couch from another store and had them pick my couch up with the understanding the auto payment would be stopped and guess what it hasn’t been nope so now I have to deal with them again. I was hoping to be done with that store. I’m sorry you do have some good stores the one in Tennessee was wonderful never any problems the managers name was Jerry I think I know this isn’t what your looking for I am so sorry but I am frustrated these people over there do not seem to know what they are doing. Or they don’t care I don’t know but I know the customer isn’t first and I am/was a loyal paying customer.

Worst place to do any kind of business. Out of 4 employees only 1 is a good person. The manager Joyce sits on netflix all day while cracking the whip. Every time i am there she is degrading her co-workers. I feel bad for them. No wonder they have a hard time making sales

So we had got a couch from here and everything was good with it but ended up getting another couch set from someone so called to let them know so they could pick up their couch and that we would even move it out for them and have it ready to go. They said that was fine and gave me a time they would pick it up. So as I had said I had it out and was waiting for them to pick it up. I went back in my house for a moment as with a lot of other parents right now my children are doing e-learning so I went in to help them. Within the few minutes I was in my house they had pulled up and ripped apart the couch. Nothing was wrong with it when they showed up so I was so confused. At first I didn’t even know it was them and I had thought someone randomly decided to do this but when I called them the lady on the phone rudely told me that they had done it and they had the right to as it was their property. So I clearly upset told them to come and get it then. Told her I had already called the police and they would be getting in contact with her so she told me they were on their way to get it. I have never had to deal with something like this in my life. Was very upsetting and upset and scared my kids. They did come and get it (the same people that apparently ripped it all up) and the cops also talked with them about how not unprofessional it was and they will clean up everything and take it with them. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless you want to be treated badly for absolutely no reason. I would like to include I was not late on payments and this is the first time getting anything from rent-a-center. Never again.
