The beginning rental experience wen7t well. The pick up time w was s on schedule. However getting a credit for an overcharge seems to be impossible makes a bad experience

Horrible experience. Was suppose to get a washer and dryer and a switch 2 bundled with it. However the washer couldn’t fit through the door so instead of trying help find a replacement set that can still work and fit they just said they didn’t have any that would fit. So they said the only option was to bring them back to the store and cancel the whole agreement or they could leave it and we can try to get it in the door but we have to be responsible for anything that happens to it. I just sent everything back. The way the dude was talking to the delivery men on the phone is also a huge red flag. Treated those men like garbage. Go to Champaign location if you can. A lot better service.
