Bought multiple items from here was a decent experience at first then they delivered my couch broken even tho it was supposed to be brand new. Been fighting with the store for months about getting it fixed or replaced never gave me any answers or tried helping me just wanted my money. Got a washer and dryer set from them was supposed to be brand new and it’s had issues right away too. I would never buy anything from them unless you have no choice. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service even corporate wouldn’t help me!

Workers are very nice but they and the store are disorganized. Floor needs to be vacuumed. Stuff laying everywhere in the floor and customers walk on it. I left and went to another store. Do better rent a center. Corporate needs to get them for the way the store looks.

We asked for a replacement for my fiancé’s chair there wasn’t enough stuffing in the chair arm and we asked for this replacement about a month and a half ago -2 months ago and still haven’t gotten an answer on it and there has not been any communication about even really so I’m am disappointed in the customer service there recently it and not only that it had also taken awhile for a replacement for a seal on my refrigerator door thank god I went in a payed my bill for the recliner cause I would not have know about it there was no call for the seal so please do better rent a center

Took forever to pick up merchandise we asked to be picked up months ago (couches), just to let a bill keep stacking. Said they’d work with me on washer & dryer. said they’d rewrite our washer & dryer we couldn’t make a payment til next week so they finally come to take the merchandise that we requested to be taken months ago, multiple times & took the washer & dryer they said they’d rewrite. He told us if I refused the washer & dryer “this will get very bad for you” both had cocky & snarky attitudes. One guy walked in side slapped his legs & nearly yelled “not unless you have a payment!” So we had to pull soaking wet clothes out of the washer, because had we known those were going we wouldn’t have ever stuck clothes in there! also they delivered my mother the wrong chair LAST YEAR, & STILL haven’t given her the correct one a whole year later that SHE IS PAYING FOR. Claimed they don’t have a cord for it, but continue to charge her for the other chair instead of the one she has. Absolutely trash store . & should have listened to every single person who warned us. Horrible at being professional, honest, & upfront.

This is a very impressive Long time store serving. I personally have done business with this store for over 30 years. The faces have changed over the years but the quality that you received from them has not. It is the highest and most courteous I have ever come across.. That being sad if you are curious. About what type of furnishings? You would like in your home or would like to try out or just go ahead. Get your furniture this way I can guarantee. You will not be unhappy with the service or.the products PS guys read your emails :)
