Everybody at the store was great the sales lady was fantastic but the two gentlemen Marcus and kristan now these young gentlemen was super fantastic.. they were so careful with my furniture when they delivered it and carried it in they were so respectful. You can tell that they really tuck pride in there job.. they were so kind . I really don't have the words to say how fantastic they were these young gentlemen need a big raise.... They at least need to be acknowledged thank you

Awesome employees! Very careful and extremely extremely helpful on moving your furniture in the right place. A piece of furniture that we purchased didn't apply to our needs so we reached to arona and they got us the right product for our needs and delivered the product picking up the return product quickly with no charge. The delivery employees Maurice and his partner were awesome. Thanks arona! Just also purchased a dryer and they took care of my needs. Christian did an awesome job installing it!

This place sucks they harass you for your payment on the day that it’s due. I’m at work. I’m getting numerous calls on the day that it’s due a payment not late store hasn’t closed so why are they calling me blowing me up to get me to pay my bill when it’s not even late And they called me four days before my payment was due trying to get me to make an early payment I come out from Work have four missed calls I don’t need the bullshit. Their couches are junk. It’s not even comfortable. Don’t like it. Don’t like the people.

They told me they’d deliver my couch on a certain day so I waited all day and they did not call me or anything to tell me they were not coming. Then when they finally delivered my couch they brought one that wasn’t even what I wanted. It wasn’t even close to what I asked for. The couch they brought would not even fit inside of my house! They told me to keep the couch until the one I actually asked for came in stock. So now I’m stuck with a couch that’s in different pieces on different sides of my living room. I wonder how long it will take to get the one I actually asked for if I even get it at all. Please do better. The movers that delivered my couch were super nice which is the only positive in this situation.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. They have zero compassion when it comes to a loved one passing away on a piece of furniture. Make arrangements for a certain amount and go back on their word. If you use this company I would highly recommend getting everything in writing. And don't lose your job while having items from them. Paying what you can is not good enough. And enjoy daily reminder calls several times a day. Even when you make arrangements. Highly recommend going to a different outlet if you have to rent to own.
