Constant harassment via phone call even with functioning autopay. Paid off device and still are charging me for the insurance. It’ll take a lot for me to ever sign another contract with rent a center.
I really like how this company has different options for a person to get a home started for themselves. The guys there are great, I have been going with rent a center since they very first opened in Carbondale IL.

Lack of communication in store and between district manager. I had been a customer for 10+ years and told them to come pick up their stuff and they refused. I had the furniture for 3 days and all the recliners on the couch and loveseat broke. I informed them of that and nothing was done. 2 months later they decide to pick it up and lock my account cause of damage to the furniture. They will gladly take your money... I wouldn't waste my breath or time in this place again. I bet none of the employees even stood up for us when something was said about locking our account..
