They charged me 40for a service I didn’t get. They went to the wrong city then the Quincy store wanted 4 references before they would bring a bed so I cancelled. An they charged me anyway. So they were very unprofessional and thieves.

I am being made to pay full price for this , at first glance it looks it is great a dog chewed the handle to snot and the remote gets extremely warm, and without any instructions how to operate the different modes bc rent one kept the Manuel from me. It's hard to navigate. I normally have no problems, I've been renting from the store for years.
