Just purchased a PS5 from these people, and as I’m hooking the game up I see a roach come out the console. Not one, not two, but a family of these critters. Come on Rent One You all gotta do better. Now I have to spend more money calling terminex. SHAMEFUL!
Very unprofessional and quite rude . This is honestly my first time ever leaving a review anywhere but I just couldn’t ignore how we were treated. Rhonda came off as accusing and quite rude because somebody applied using our address that had previously stole product. (No knowledge of who this was and could’ve provided plenty documentation to prove that. Maybe somebody who used to rent the home before we owned as it was a rental ) I understand theft is a problem in these types of businesses but there was no willingness to even talk to us or give us a resolution on how to solve this .
The manager Rhonda did a awesome job showing me furniture, settling me up with the furniture, and treating me like a customer and friend. Rodney even talked to me like a friend. When I first went in about month before to look at furniture the Asst manager Ryan showed me around. He did a awesome job showing me and talking to me like a customer and a friend. They all were very nice and professional. Thank you!!!
