I was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated by manger Tim, would wouldn’t allow me to leave with a 65” tv in my Lexus truck in a box but sold my wife a 55” tv outside a box wrapped in plastic wrap in my same truck. Please someone make sense of it. He was completely unprofessional and rude the entire time I was there and treated me with little to no respect and I will never recommend them to anyone.
Their cash and carry was amazing! Needed a refrigerator and the price was unbeatable! They only charged a $50.00 delivery to my area and carried it downstairs. They had everything set up quickly. I never knew they offered more than just rent to own or renting in general. They have refrigerators, TVs, and furniture. Thank you to this Morris location. Everything went smoothly.
People give rent a center a bad rep because of the exorbitant inflation these places charge on products. But i for one will never Knock a buisness because of its model. Tim and his ENTIRE CREW treated me like family, from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i left. And as a guy who used to have multipe commission based jobs, i could tell that it was genuine niceness and enthusiasm, & not the fake mask that car dealers put on. These guys were open about the costs, and fully transparent from start to finish over EVERYTHING! no hidden fees, and no upcharges. They also respected my budget and didnt try and upsell me on the most expensive possible merch just to get tht kickback. These guys saw my set price point i asked for and they aimed to get it even lower then that! And i am one satisfied customer! They also were more then happy to tell me about the warranty you receive that lasts throughout the entirety of the contract. So despite me leasing a used fridge, if it breaks then i get a new one at no extra cost! The contracts are also realitively short term. So the next time i catch wind of another sale i will be back in a hurry!
Never had a problem until recently. Marco and JP came and when installing TV said any damage but intentional damage from mounting a TV is covered by the warranty, anything happens, even with the kids just give us a call. We had unintentional damage occur and when we called Marco for a replace or repair like their advertisement says and what they say in store he was very rude and said they never said that, all the warranty covers is factory damage out of the box which was not told to us and is the exact opposite of their guarantee and what they told us in person. Marco said our only options were to either buy a new tv through them or enjoy paying for a broken tv. Called corporate to dispute and they also make promises with no follow through such as a lady said a corporate manager named Josh would call me back with news as to what can be done but never got a call then when I called back to get some kind of follow up got disrespected again by another representative so I will continue to call until I get someone who can be professional instead of lying to get you off the phone or lying to get you to purchase things.
Best customer service I've deleted with a long time Tim the SM is an outstanding guy. His whole team Israel and Marco and the new guy JP are all out standing and go outta there way to make sure you are happy and taken care of. Delivery was on time and great at home service.
