Never rent from these people the manager cliff is extremely rude he also tells his employees to bang on people's walls for an hour after we were 5 days late

I will never purchase from here again. Rude staff. Hanging up on people. Preventing MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS from exiting and entering my residence. AFTER A PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Update: It is 2/14/25 and I still have not received a call back from the District Manager, I was told his name is Scott. My initial call was 1/31/25

Chair took over a month to come in and so we decided not to get it. Yet, we are satisfied with our purchases. Very friendly staff. Not their fault the chair was on back order.

Blah blah blah yeah the staff is friendly but when it’s time to deliver your stuff they’ll bring the wrong items and if you don’t catch it they won’t say nothing either. I always take pictures of items I’m going to buy before they deliver them so I know what I’m supposed to get but they will argue you up and down..I will never buy anything from them again
