“Upsold” me on a washer set because “Amana brand breaks down a lot” and now all my Whirlpool does is break down. Never again will purchase anything they say is “better” when reality they just wanted the commission.

Just finished paying for my Whirlpool washer and dryer, go see Kristina at the N Alpine & Harlem Rd store it’s worth the trip! Kristina is the absolute best!

Was supposed to get my item from 3 to 5 then it gets to be around their closing time and they claim that the drivers are stuck after the store manger said they are near me wich is highly doubtful because it's their closing time then i get a call that their in rockford almost 30 minutes away from me they claim to only have one truck but say they can have another one do it the next day just makes no sense I'd recommend another location they just give you the run around poor management

Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. This has been an extremely bad experience for me. Back in September they called me about a promotion they had where I didn't pay anything up front so i went on the website and chose what I wanted because I needed a bed and when they came it didn't have all the pieces and I was like fine I'll just use the temporary one they gave me, and I asked for the cheapest bed but no way the one she gave me was the cheapest and they will call me and harass me if I'm late sometimes I have other bills and stuff I need to take a care of and they literally don't care all they want is their money especially Christina the manager I think she's extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about the customers I'm really surprised she still has a job at this point its like you guys hire anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if you're desperate. Maybe if you guys let Christina go I would but she's the worst and such a terrible human being and not helpful at all.

I ordered a couch November 9th and still haven’t got the couch. Was suppose to have it November 24th and was told that another sales person just sold it. Then was promised to have it today December 1st between 3pm and 6pm. Now all the sudden it’s showing I done even have a new agreement when I sign in. This company is very unprofessional. I would like a district manager of some sort or store owner to contact me.
