They were very helpful and I didn't have to wait I would recommend everyone to go through them the manager is really nice and professional the lady is very polite and takes really good care of you and delivery guys were very professional and did great on carrying everything in

Corey and Nate were awesome in my search for new furniture. They had to order it, but kept me updated as what was going on. Highly recommend. Friends and family both asking where I got it. I gladly refer them to Rent One and the great staff.

Great staff, super friendly, always welcoming, easy to work, and by far the BEST rent to own company I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend Lincoln, Il Rent One location over anyone else.

I used to work at Rent one and loved all the customers and now I’m One of the customers I appreciate Corey helping me out. I was looking for a chair and he got me one and I really love it also for Carl and the other delivery guy. I appreciate them bringing the chair in and getting it set up for me. I thank them so very much. they have great customer service. They checked on me a couple days later to make sure I’d like the chair and I really do. Thanks
