The staff is great and always find what I want or need. They are very friendly and helpful and The appliances and furniture are great . The delivery guys are awesome they always make sure it’s set up and working before they leave . I recommend this store to everyone. 10’s across the board

I have been paying for a laptop going on 3 months now and yall can even deliver it to your store so . Absolutely a great business.
i am very disappointed in rent one, i have been talked into insurance on items i have been paying on but when i report a problem its never taken care of. i don’t think anybody that answers the phone actually talks to anybody else and the way they treat their delivery personnel is atrocious
