Well wasn't happy with the couch or the live set or the tv it wouldn't let me hook it up to my internet at all and they keep taken my out of my account too and I don't have there items anymore. I am so unhappy with this company

If I could give no stars I would I’d have better luck in Washington park this place is a damn joke been trying to get a washer and dryer that work for over a month now yall trying to blame me when your delivery guys are literally dragging shit down my steps and also ordered a bed frame that’s gonna be late cause of your delivery guys. Please do better I’m literally paying for nothing at this point

They have great deals. They have everything that you need or want. But they don't know how to answer the phone.When you try to make your payment, you physically have to go there. Then, when you go there, you hear the phone ringing off of the hook and nobody answering it.

Fast, friendly, and affordable. The manager, Chastity, is welcoming and accommodating. The building is appropriate temperature coinciding with weather conditions and very clean. The furniture is good quality and worth payments.

I ordered a brand new washer and dryer and was referred by a friend to go online and order. The product came in a timely manner with no scratches or dents in it although it was only one delivery guy. I was done with my old washer and dryer and i wanted them to match. Spoke with Manager Laura on the phone upon delivery and she was sweet and understanding of my concern as far as payments and setting up my online account. She was professional and so was the delivery guy who made sure my product worked even though he was alone. I would recommend them to my family and friends due to my experience. Thanks
