‼️⚠️ Warning to Future Customers ⚠️‼️ I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation. The manager, Jeremy, has a pattern of misleading customers, pressuring them into sales, and even attempting to pass off broken appliances as if they were in working condition. He will say whatever it takes to get people in the door, and unfortunately, many end up disappointed or taken advantage of. What’s worse is that despite multiple complaints from customers, nothing ever seems to change. This kind of behavior continues unchecked, and it leaves customers frustrated and mistreated. If you’re thinking about buying or renting from this location, please reconsider. Based on my experience, Jeremy cannot be trusted, and if it were possible, I would give this store less than one star.

I’m writing this review to warn anyone considering doing business with this store and its management. If you take the time to read any review here, please read mine. The manager, Jeremy, has repeatedly lied to customers and attempted to sell broken appliances. He misleads people just to get them through the door, and even pressures or harasses customers to make a sale. Despite numerous complaints, nothing ever seems to be addressed or resolved. It’s clear that this behavior is ongoing. For anyone thinking about purchasing or renting from this location, I strongly advise against it. Jeremy cannot be trusted, and my experience makes me wish I could leave less than a one-star rating.

Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. It’s because of her that I’ve become a loyal, returning customer. Faith truly makes the whole process effortless. Whether I’m making a new purchase or setting up a delivery, she ensures everything is smooth and stress-free. The delivery process is always quick, easy, and handled with care — no hassle, no confusion, just great service. People like Faith are the reason I keep coming back.
