Rent-A-Center

I rented a sectional had it 2 weeks they took full payment out and won't refund me half of the money for the month because I had to return it. That to me is ripping off a customer and charging taxes ontop of taxes is also a rip off. I've been a loyal customer for many years and this is how I get treated. Never again will I use rent a center. Manager is nice at first but then never returned my calls to have items removed from my home. I'll goes to Aaron's from now on. Be very weary of just returning one item, because they were going to up the price on fireplace by $1000, after I had signed contract for $799. So unfair to the customer. Rip off people... someone is pocketing money.

They were very professional, upon arrival the called to inform me on an estimated timeframe, they showed up and were very careful with my couch , took their time putting it together…. Did not take long at all very happy !!!!!! 10/10

We just paid off our tv and will never rent from rent a center again. We were late a few times paying which I understand is my fault but me and my husband both work full time jobs and I usually don’t get off til 7 and they are closed by the time I’m off to come pay. I also paid an extra week when I did get to pay. The manager also was screaming at my husband on the phone pretty much calling him broke and accusing him of not wanting to pay and being disrespectful so of course he yelled back and he was explaining we would be there to pay because we always have and paid the late fees. The next time I went to pay I called to know how much I owed and a worker told me it would cost $67 to catch up and some change and when I got there somehow it was $130 something so my husband got upset because we were lied to and then again the manager got into it with him and wouldn’t let him pay so I had to go in... So communication is trash. So finally I said forget it and paid it off completely to avoid speaking or seeing them ever again.

The entire staff was awesome very nice and knowledgeable would recommend anyone to them

After the treatment that I recieved today from management yelling and screaming at me on the phone. I returned what I was buying from them I will never go back there again. It was uncalled for how I was being treated. I hung up on the person. My 4 month old grandson doesn't need to hear me getting yelled at on the phone. The product was almost paid for. I wasted all that money for nothing. I'm very disappointed in management for their behavior. And me of all people were nice. If I could get my money back I would be but that won't happen.
