My girl Rose is the best! I’ve been dealing with Rent a Center for a few years strictly because of her!!! Yes, the team is great as well but I have to have a favorite 😂😭. She’s very professional and fair, and friendly.

It ok so far just getting to know and understand u guys hope this help me not only get what I want coz going through a buy now pay later thing is definitely not a need but u guys approve me for some money let me get a few thing for our house pay u guys back and I'll write another review in a few months and let u guys really know how u guys are what u guys can approve in and even give suggestions to better you're a companysuggestions to better your company. If I think of any thank u for the loan when no one would give me one ty I promise to keep my end of the deal I just hope u guys do as well.

Being forced to leave a review is crazy so you guys get a one star. Don’t force people to leave reviews it’s not cool. Besides that the lady who helped me was amazing and she should get 5 stars not you guys

When we try to make a payment even if not the full amount they would not take it at the end of the day they should want the money so we can get an item it’s simple never coming to this place ever again and they definitely do hard as for no reason

Very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They have delivered me a bedroom set without rails. It’s been over a month and nothing have been resolved. I’ve called corporate who says they escalated the situation 3 times and the district manager Josh will contact me whom I still haven’t received a call from. Spoke to the store manager on multiple occasions who promised me she want me to sleep like a queen and sent someone out here with the wrong bed rails. I’ve chased them down to fix this. I wasn’t offered a discount, a new set nothing yet they berate me with texts and calls when a payment is due. I’m literally sleeping with my boxspring on the floor lol. I’ve dealt with rent a center in Indianapolis on multiple occasions and loved them but this store is just plain ghetto, I have no other way to describe it. I won’t pay another penny towards this account until I get some kind of resolution. I wouldn’t recommend, if there’s an issue a customer should NEVER have to go through this much work for resolution. From day one I’ve communicated I’m paying for a set and something that’s included in a set yet I never received it. Adam is the only one with some sense and actually tried to help me but when your higher ups lack basic leadership skills it’s not much a staff member can do. I really hate it here and will never deal with them again.
