0 stars, absolutely horrible experience. You basically get harassed by management including Gloria. She is super unprofessional, you can barely understand her and she is always hanging up on you. They tell you one price for a monthly payment and then proceed to make it higher each month for no reason. We GLADLY returned our items and will never use them again nor recommend them.

Unfortunately, The last truly great deal, I received was from all you're former managers especially including Chelsea. Gloria, Has displayed nothing but aggressiveness, And at times a little hostility towards. The items that we returned previously were not up to par. Either missing 😕 parts we had no idea should be there and went elsewhere. We also had portable dishwasher, it never dryed correctly. Among all of He's other thiyes. Is the fact that she told me if I kept the portable dishwas her and that was the only item. My payments monthly would still be near a 135 or 40. 💵 She also told she would never 😔 sell anything or allow us to purchase there again, thisI was referring to left over credits 🙄 🤔 We went and got one @Aaron's at the rate of $88/month. Quite DIFFERENT!

I love this place!! I have been a customer for years and know Chelsea well!! All employees are friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with them with payments or anything we have bought from them. They are great!!! Heres to our new bedroom set!!
