So we bought a dresser from Aaron's in Twin Falls Idaho and a ashley sectional couch all last year and the couch is falling apart on the bottom side the black material that covers the springs is ripping away from the frame and one of the back cushions is ripping away from the back of the couch I let them know like two and a half weeks ago about this they sent two guys over to look at it and take pictures of the couch and the problems it was having they one guy told there manager that the cushion on the couch ripped away from the back is due to the dog that jumped up there and pulled it down my dog did get on the couch when there employees were there to look at the couch because he was unsure why these guy where pulling the couch apart but he doesn't get on the back of the couch at all so fast forward to 2/12/25 at 6:30 pm Aaron's shows up to pick up my couch to take it to there store so they could fix it but did not bring a couch for us to use while they fix our couch I was like are you guys joking the one guy called his manager and his manager is going to be out at my house 2/13/25 between 3pm and 6pm to sew up our couch 😆 . I sure hope they can fix it.
Worst experience ever, illegally gave out my information over the phone to a person calling in, lied about condition of bed saying it was new when it was used and delivered with chips and scratches as well as parts in a Walmart bag, then could not return a call for 9 days, however when a payment was late calls endlessly from 5:18 am to 9pm which is against the fair collection act. Run away a seek alternative solutions.
They to take payment at the Burley store to or help on the phone too. It's not fare to the twin falls store to be overloaded with calls and no help
Bought a couch a while back and am still paying for it. The couch itself is very nice, but somehow we ended up with bed bugs after purchasing it! We contacted Aaron's, and they essentially called me a liar. They refuse to help get my place sprayed or take the couch back. It also took them a very long time to even get back to me. They practically avoided me and the situation. I definitely won't go back... but I will say the furniture is nice! And the location itself is bed bug-free... I believe I was just part of the very few that got unlucky. I just believe they could have handled it better.
We bought a couch here back before Thanksgiving (in full and paid extra to have it delivered) and before the sale things were great. We were told it comes with the matching ottoman it was just on order. We told her the ottoman was important to the purchase and what we were wanting. It’s been 3 months and no ottoman. I’ve called 4x and they couldn’t even locate that we bought the couch. I’ve been promised a call back each time and have heard nothing. We went in today and still no one knew what we were talking about or had information that we bought the couch. We were just told the employee has been out for 3 weeks and the manager would check with her. This was coming from a manager & he couldn’t figure it out enough to help us order one or something close. Extremely disappointed & displeased with the service and sale. We were obviously lied to and she just wanted a sale instead of actually helping us. Avoid this place at all cost, spend a little more elsewhere to avoid this hassle.
