They brought out a couch and love seat after two days I decided I didnt want it. They were so kind and patient with me. I now have a couch & love seat that I love. The delivery guys were especially kind having to unload and re load then setting my new furniture up. They were great!

We called on January 2nd to lease a washer. We were told by the delivery driver that he would deliver it today and he said he would call me back to schedule the delivery. We didn’t hear anything back from him so we called back and after being put on hold for nearly 10 minutes and the employee kept saying “I’m busy” she said she would call me back in five minutes. An HOUR later we called back a THIRD time just to be told it would be next week before our washer would be delivered. Why didn’t anyone tell his that the first or second time we called instead of complaining about being busy. She didn’t say we’re busy she kept complaining about her being busy. I canceled my order because of how UNPROFESSIONAL they were.

It’s was pretty good for the most part just wish it was a little more affordable for every two weeks, they should show the price with taxes and fees on the website before you commit instead of the price without thinking that’s what you are going to be paying. However the young lady was really nice though and answered all my questions made sure she was giving accurate information

This is my first time working with RAC and the experience was great!!! I worked with manager Daniel to have my 3pc midnight madness sectional was delivered today and I must say I’m in love with you. Thank you so much for your kindness, great customer service skills, and for bringing my sectional up 4 flights of stairs with no issues!! I will be purchasing from this location again!! ☺️
