Service was terrible & they tried to scam my elderly parents who got a TV there so I bought them a new tv & took that tv back in less than 10 days of when they got it..

Does not even deserve a 1 star. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! APRIL (no help at all) said she would get a delivery to us for 4 days took money out of my account and didn’t deliver or attempt to call another store to bring out my furniture. I even offered to pick it up they refused. Spoke with Desiree no help. She told us another store was not able to deliver it and refused to deliver it. I spoke with the Monroe store no one even called them. Called the Winder store back talked with Megan “the store supervisor “ NO HELP!!!!!!!! She treated it as oh well not my problem!!! Yes I did call corporate on this store and filed a formal complaint about this store!!!! These 3 people have no clue what they are doing and only wanted to make quota and decided to take money out of my account even though they couldn’t make the delivery or allow me to pick it up. Which was an option that was given to us by APRIL. If I was you try Rent A-Center or some where else. These girls do not do their jobs and suck at customer service! Showing NO CARE for their customers 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the staff. They were very courteous and friendly especially Desiree, Kevin and Cordo from start to finish the experience was excellent. Great customer service at the store and the delivery men did a great job very professional. Keep up the good work.

Wow!!! Where do I start..Megan the worst manager ever.... I make my payments on time and still ended up with a late fee.... I don't know how that's possible at all...... Run from this store in Winder... Please run...

Amazing team! Reggie and Cody the delivery guys were funny and took good care of my home and did an amazing job! April the manager of the winder location was helpful and funny too! They are a great team. The regional Manager she is the best! This is where you go for your home needs!
