I stay in Macon but the experience with that store was horrible. Sabrina was entirely too personable, condescending and unprofessional. I tried being understanding and patient with her for several hours just for her to get absolutely nothing done on my end. She kept saying she would call me back.. never did. She sent me several voicemails about how she’s going home to take care of her dog, spoke with me more about astrology than furniture and sent me items that I was NOT interested in. I almost gave up on buddy’s. I decided to give them another go and try the Warner Robins location. I think the sales manager name is Davion, (i know I butchered it lol) he should absolutely be the FACE of buddy’s!!! Very helpful, time efficient and kind! He went beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and made sure to have everything done without excuses and delays! Because of him, I am pleased and will definitely refer anyone to that specific location!!!! :) You guys rock!!!

I had a great experience as a first time customer! Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable, even though he just started. The manager (I didn’t get his name) was very kind and helpful as well. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend if you’re looking for new furniture or electronics!

Sales personnel is awesome truly makes you feel good about your purchase the delivery was amazing the guys was in and out and the little guy was truly a highlight to the service

From the very beginning I had issues. I specifically ordered a non agitator washer new. They gave me just that but washer was not new. So they worked with me Very nice customer service on point. Doing everything they can to keep me from returning the items. Now I have worked this type of business for many years so I know how this all works. So with all the mistakes and different things going on they worked with me even when my payments were late. Still great customer service. So the seal in the dryer was peeling off after they bought it back to me for a different service. I didn’t say anything right a way. I ended up telling them they came and got it. So I fully pay off the set. And started paying on the insurance for them to continue to fix my dryer for the future which they had over a month. Twice they were suppose to bring back to me and didn’t. So they bring it today legs broken scratches all over the dryer and the seal has some brown stuff around the seal. I told them I don’t want it. Now the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE no longer exist . I was told they need there loaner back and no body messed up my dryer it was already like that. The hell it was. So now I have to talk to the Regional manager tomorrow. I will keep y’all posted on what happens next. Don’t get me wrong I like Dora she is just doing her job. But be damned if I will allow a company who make millions off us play with me this way.

Mrs Dora was GREAT! She helped me so much and made the process easier and quick I appreciate her and all that she did to help today. 5 plus stars for her customer service. Will recommend to others.
