Had a couch and ottoman that were supposed to be delivered between 11 and 2 they never showed up had to call and they said that their delivery driver just now got there after 2 o’clock and then said they were loading up and we’re on their way to me. Two hours later nothing so I called again and they said they got hung up at another delivery and they said that they would be there soon (gave an ETA of 30 minutes at the most) they showed up over an hour later. I couldn’t even get a courtesy call that they were gonna be late. I had to call them twice. Terrible customer service. The couch and Ottoman are very nice though. That was the only good part about the experience.
Managers have always gone over and above to give me the best deal. Recently my laptop stopped powering up. I'm having them pick it up meanwhile I'm looking for endtables. I get no credit on what I've payed and must come into the store to pick them out. I live in rome and can't. Don't know weather policy has change but I've always done things over the phone. So maybe the Rome store has changed their attitude now so I guess I'll check out what they can do for me.

Amber is a great person. She helps tremendously every time something goes wrong in life she always helps me make a payment arrangement and hasn’t failed once to be understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this store and Amber

I would just like to say that I love my Aaron’s’s team Kate, Amber and Bo has always been very helpful to me. Even when I have gotten in a financial bond they worked with me and try to help me keep my stuff not once have they threaten to come get my stuff? They’ve always tried to help me keep my stuff, so yes, in my reviews I’ll give them five stars because they are the best and one more thing I would like to say if you don’t pay your bills, they’re gonna come get your stuff. If you get in a financial bind, call them talk to them they will work with you don’t get smart with them thank you. Have a nice day.

The staff at this location are exceptional above all else. Every time I’ve had an issue with my account or when I decided to get a new piece of furniture the staff has always been very helpful. The Manager (Bo) goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this team. I will definitely be doing business with this location again.

This Summerville location is of the essence of what salesmanship should be, the staff is so polite and respectful, they'll explain even the slightest details of any questions you may have. The manager and her assistant are the assets of the success of the store. Nothing but respect and my hat is off to you ALL. I have furnished my entire home from this location. I adopted 2 children and now can't afford to get them the laptop for their school work as an education is first and foremost and the staired bunk beds I really wanted for them, they are fine with a pallet until I regroup. My Parkinson's got a little worse and my financial situation got down for a while it seems but when I can afford it one day these little ones will have a nice pair of bunk beds as they deserve. Just can't afford the payments now. But enough of my pathetic story.. this place is awesome.yall a real blessing. Go and give them a chance to prove there selves. You will definitely not be disappointed. Robert Earl Ponder II
