Unbelievably Unprofessional and Racially Profiling. I went into Premier Furniture with the intention of renting some furniture, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. After selecting the items I liked, I was asked for my ID and to fill out paperwork, which is standard. However, about ten minutes later, the employee assisting me began asking deeply personal questions about a pending criminal background check. He even told me I had a warrant out for my arrest, which is completely false. What does any of this have to do with renting furniture? At the very least, I expected a credit check, not an interrogation about my personal history. The employee then brought up a past issue with a completely different company where I had to return a purchase due to affordability issues. It felt like they were trying to publicly embarrass me in front of other employees. Despite all of this, they still wanted me to make a purchase! To make matters worse, they contacted my references, including my landlord, as if they were conducting a private investigation. I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this company. The next morning, they even had the audacity to text me, asking if I still wanted the furniture. This entire experience was highly unprofessional, unethical, and felt like a clear case of racial profiling. I intend to have this incident looked into further. Avoid Premier Furniture at all costs.

David and Coe are awesome. They work with you and are very nice. If you are looking for anything they have you covered, even tires. I recommend Premier 100/10.

Premier Rental has been a great help to my family. Never use a rental store before and did not know what to!!!!!! I rented a bed for my husband after surgery and David was so concerned about my husband and his comfort. David was always there when I had questions with a professional and helpful concern. After my husband got a little better we exchanged the bed for a lift chair. My husband loved the chair so David sold us the chair. Yes, his pricing was kind!!!!! THANK YOU PREIMER RENTAL …. THANK YOU DAVID!

I've been dealing with David and crazy Coe for over ten years. I'm no the easiest to deal with but these guys have dealt with me, gave me affordable and reasonable prices. Two fair guys is all I can say. Stop in today they won't disappoint. Delivery guys are on point!!

I have been doing business with this company for over 11 years and they have almost furnished my entire house. I will say I did run into a financial issue at one point and after contacting the store, talking to the owners about my hardship they provided me with options to help me out and keep my furniture. I really believe their goal is for their customers to own whatever item they have but without open and honest communication Im sure it would be difficult for them to provide options to help. I have never had a negative experience with them, they know my family and children by name. I will continue to do business with them and would recommend you give them a chance!
