Employees are very sad. They stood there talking as if I wasn't a paying customer, the young lady hollared to the back for Britney which never came. She continues to talk to another employee while I stood there waiting. Than as I decide to leave they asked have I been helped after standing there talking for 10 minutes, knowing no one helped. Bad customer service 😑
Mr Leon is an amazing store manager and person he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Store super clean and employees really nice and welcoming
WORST WORST WORST Aarons’s ever … Abigail and Alex are super unprofessional, Aaron’s needs to be mindful of who they have representing them. Their customer service and professionalism are horrible, they come to where you use to live to harass people that no longer have anything to do with you even though you have updated your current address with them a numerous amount of times for a 300 balance on the account and their furniture is horrible. I highly DO NOT recommend this location at all.
Aarons has some adjusting to do. The delivery drivers attitude SUCK, they are very rude, its wet and rainy i have carpet and they were asked if they had show covers and he says what....like really! Regardless of the situation or reason of picking up being rude is unnecessary. Not to mention how long it takes for you to get what you ordered but pay upfront. Gotta do better
Went in to order a bedroom set from these guys, was told to speak to sales manager josh, I paid the first month of the sale and was told we would be getting it within a week or two because they don’t have delivery guys. I was told I would be getting a call by the end of the week with confirmation and a date of delivery. Comes the end of the week it’s then Saturday and I have to call them to see what’s going on. Spoke to josh and he told me that the warehouse doesn’t have it ready yet??.. I asked to cancel the order and he tells me to call when the manager is in office. Called back now Monday and the other sales rep tells me there’s no order under my name?? But he can see that I made a payment. And days “ I don’t know what he did but there’s mo order “. Highly disappointing, my family for years has purchased furniture from Aaron’s and we have never had this issue. Now I have to wait for another manager til Wednesday to even get a refund sent or someone to tell me what’s going on.
