The manager I later found out was very rude. We parked in front of store. I had a personal phone call. A man approached and said u parked in front of my store. We looking lost and said ok we were about to come in. Then he rudely said oh I was just checking because u parked her and this my store. We drove off and called the store to make a complaint to customer service they hand over phone it was him found to be manager. He said well if u wanna shop somewhere else it’s fine go ahead. This is not the way to talk to potential customers. Regardless of what u have going on or what your day be like. You do Not treat your customers in this manner nor talk to them because you have an attitude. I will be letting people know not to shop there. What he didn’t know is we work for radio station and will be gladly let ppl know not to shop there at all.

I came into the store today trying to purchase a sectional and possibly a washer and a dryer the woman at the front desk was so disrespectful she had her attention set on the tall guy that was polite to me and greeted me when I came in the door unlike the other two wearing scully's on their head one of them whistle at me as I was leaving I wouldn't suggest anybody to shop there only one person acting like they wanted their job that was the tall one wearing a gray baseball cap the rest of them was extremely disrespectful to me

LW was all alone delivering my big ol 2 peice couch. I am so grateful for his persistence and patience while figuring out how to get it through to back door instead of the front.

This is the most unprofessional customer service oriented company. Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing even though you made an agreement with the right hand. Because my husband and I have put a lot of money in the items that we have, we are not willing to let our furniture go without a fight. Last week I made a verbal agreement with the gentleman that calls himself. The DM or GM says he has six locations that he has to attend to. My card has been charged everyday since I made this agreement without my permission I call the first time and I believe the young lady's name was Ree, She was rude. Would not give me the opportunity to speak to the manager on duty. Said that there was nobody there for me to talk to. I waited a couple of days and I called again and I got Charlene who promised me that she was going to refund the monies that they took again without permission. The second time I was charged I spoke to Vinny who's also rude? I asked him if they were going to refund my money as this was the second charge that should not have happened. He told me he had no control over that so I asked him to have his GM DM call me so that we could discuss what's going on. Now today I had another charge even after I asked them to not charge my card. Now this has become theft and I plan to file charges first thing Monday morning. First you should have no business. Preying on the black people in this neighborhood. Who without you may not be able to afford to have something nice. But when times get hard for them then you want to not work with them. But before when you were making that sale you were smiling from ear to ear. You could have eaten that person up because you were being so sweet. I've been dealing with them for over a year and have seen the turnover in that store. Always someone new thinking they can come in and make the store better. But what they're doing is losing the company money. This just boils down to how much bonus that they're going to receive at the end of the fiscal year or Not. I may not be able to call the name of the person or persons that has been charging my card , God sees your every move 🙏
