DO NOT RENT FROM RENT A CENTER!!! They harass you and continuously come to your house even when you talk to them and their employees discuss your accounts with your kids if you’re not at the door. HARASSMENT!!

This is the worst place to get furniture from. I applied online and was approved for $2000 then was told I had to come to the store to fill the application out which I did and picked my living room set out. They had me pay the deposit and said my furniture would be delivered the next day which was TUESDAY. Six days later still no furniture and every time I call they say I have to talk to the store manager KENDALL BROOKS but every time he isn't at the store this is so unprofessional and my next payment is due in 4 days and I have not received any furniture. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE AND THE STORE MANAGER KENDALL BROOKS IS NON-EXISTENT

I went to this location, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service. The gentleman would not even come out of his office to come and stand at the counter and talk with me. I was literally talking to him through his office window; I was asking for a price quote for a full size Bedroom set, but I only needed specific pieces. I then let him know that I was gonna consider going to his competitor. I just felt as though this particular store and their employees don’t seem to really care about the customer experience. They’re not willing to really help the customer. So I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Sad.

I ordered a washer and dryer from this location and they were scheduled to deliver yesterday. They never came and never called! I waited all day and nothing. So I called this morning and they acted slow! Let me say this!!!!!! This is the most ratchet rent a center I’ve ever experienced. I have bought so much furniture from them cash and to be treated like this is just crazy! I’m taking my business back to lawrenceville at this point! At least they are PROFESSIONAL! Yall need to hire people who actually needs a job and actually cares about life in general!

Please run as far as way from this store as possible. I should have known better. First I picked out a bed online over the phone with the manager. It was supposed to be at the store that Monday and then the manger was going to call me and set up for delivery. I called the store Tuesday when I didn’t hear from them. Had to leave a message for the manger because he was too busy to come to the phone. He never returned my call. I called again Wednesday and was told I would have to leave a message. Again he never returned my call. I actually went up to the store Thursday and the store was completely empty. The manger told me that he ordered my bed but they shipped the wrong size so you would have thought he would have called to make either other arrangements to pick out another bed or wait and see if they could get the correct size in the one I ordered and paid a deposit on. I should have turned around and left the store at that point but I needed a bed and was already there. I had to spend 2 hrs at the store to find a bed with no help from the manager because he was too busy flirting with his new very young employee. Received a text a couple days later saying bed would be delivered that Friday. I worked from home that due waiting on the bed that never arrived. When I called the store at the end of the day, was told they had no delivery for me at all in the system even though I had paid the deposit. When I told them the manger himself Kenny set it up. I was told her was in vacation and they was told not to disturb him. So I had no bed to sleep in. I was able to finally get a bed delivered later that night after getting corporate involved. Fast forward to 8 months later. I was moving and decided not to take the bed with me. I called them to set up a pick up time. Was told it would be picked up between 3-5 that Thursday which was perfect because I was moving out Wednesday. I was told that the auto payment would not come out. Well of course it came out that Saturday morning. When I called corporate and they called the store they had never picked up the bed and had no record of me called to have it picked up. This place and the manger are a nightmare. And corporate office isn’t much better.
