What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

So my husband and I have been getting harassed constantly by this company. My husband has never had any dealings with this company what so ever. It’s sad that when someone gets their identity stolen they have to pay the consequences for it. Aaron’s truly needs to stop accepting online applications without doing a face to face with the customer that is doing the actual purchasing.
If ik about their delivery rules i would have went somewhere else. I have to wait till after Christmas to get my gifts I paid for cause they won’t let me come pick it up myself.
Mr Brent was amazing. Customer service was 10/10. He set me up right and even showed me how to go online due to the couch I wanted already being sold.
Someone told me as soon as I got there to not purchase used furniture from them which I took into consideration… The manager helped me find a small couch on sale for less then $100 dollars a month then showed me a used instead of ordering one. He said he’d call me and everything never did and honestly I’m happy he didn’t because I went to another place in town and got bed-frame, mattress, and a couch very very similar in size and better quality for $400 more then what I’d pay for ONE couch with them. I suggest really taking in options unless you don’t have the best credit! Nice place but honestly not worth it. I did come at closing at both places due to my work but the second place just felt much more interested in my business even though I walked in 30 minutes or so before closing.
I’ve been calling for a month to have a dryer transferred to another store after we moved. We are a military family and PCS’d to a different location. After being promised our account will be transferred with no issues. We kept calling the other store. After numerous weeks of calling and incompetency we decided to finish our contract and never work with this store again. When asked one last time to transfer my account the manager hung up on me and told me they couldn’t do anything, true I was upset, but you don’t hang up on a customer when you are the ones who didn’t do their job. Shame on you all, for how you treat your customers and especially military families. Shame on management, shame on the employees. They were nothing but nasty. Way to loose good paying customers …. Kinda wack, even when you do pay your bills on time you still get bad service. Goodbye 👋 .
