Well well rent center file something through the courts took payments an of a sudden stop so they say it was the system so why have us put references down if u can’t contact like a mother then come and file in courts over this high price furniture yeaa I did go to get for quick second then had nerve put something on my door with it saying press charges so why not come to door any other time..so today was pick up I spoke with some had less attitude she scheduled for today by 2pm so why not just come on get it by that time since it’s so important … I had to tell mummy son call like YALL forgot a young lady came and she was alone and y’all want to threaten me but my TWO teen boys had to help her smh I sure hope she find another job cus why send her alone to get that heavy stuff but yeaa it’s garden city for u yall don’t American freight be the move from now on I should post my pic of her doing this by herself but I want yall we got to stop settling for these places go where good quality and prices ok yeaaa it’s that crazy lady thanks for temp fix but definitely never again RENT A CENTER DO BETTER 👍🏾CANT KEEP STAFF BY SHOUT OUT TO THE DRIVER…

It was quick and easy especially having everything filled out online is also helpful before going in but yes if I could give a 10/5 star I would thank you guys so much for helping me get what I need !

Great service, friendly staff. Many brand new products available. Early payout is the best deal for your money, but they have great options for long term rent to own plans.

Rent a Center in Garden City, Georgia on Minus Avenue is the absolute worst. Jamie is completely unprofessional, rude, and the upmost disrespectful store manager I have ever encountered. She does not adhere by the company's policy , mission, or values and poorly demonstrates leadership. Before I paid off my washer and dryer set I had issues with it. The dryer stopped working so I was issued a replacement until my dryer was fixed. Weeks later after my dryer was supposedly fixed thoroughly it still had malfunctions. I have to dry a load exactly 10 times which is running my electric bill to the roof. Jamie said she would call Whirlpool but couldn't get in contact with them. I waited 3 days later to call back to see if Whirlpool will be coming out. She argued me down about contacting them when she was good and ready! She advised me to go on ahead and call corporate. Don't spend your money here! It's not worth it!
