I was scheduled a delivery between 1-3, so after 3 I ended up calling them because delivery was late, so when they finally did show up, they brought the wrong furniture. I could deal with them being late I could deal with them bringing the wrong Furniture it's an easy fix what upset me is when they call their boss because I asked if I could still get my furniture that day they told them no because it's almost 4:00 the store does not close until 6:00 so I had to wait another day and rearrange my schedule again just because the boss didn't want to do the right thing the first time. Delivery guys were great!!

This location is absolutely terrible. They have taken more payments out of my account than our initial contract plan. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from me and my family. I’ve called down there several times to get reimbursed and they are unprofessional and literally cuss at us. Especially Jason the “manager” he’s an absolute joke. We will be taking legal action.

They are extremely rude at this location !!!!! Very very extremely rude !!! Unprofessional.. Unorganized.. I am extremely unhappy with my services.. We got an appliance from there. It messed up after the first day they came and replaced it and now this one’s going out… And it’s not even the same appliance as the one That I originally picked out… We had a discount for the first two weeks free.. After 10 days, they’re trying to charge our account.. I explained all of this to the extremely rude employee that I talk to.. And he told me that they give us 10 days free… 10 is obviously not the same as 14… I explained to him our pay schedule that we explained when we first went in there.. My husband just started a new job and we needed everything to line up with his new pay schedule…. They redid our paperwork twice, so I was hoping that they would comprehend the second time… Obviously not.. I will be calling corporate, and you guys will definitely be losing our business. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

After paying off a couch and love seat. Went and got a dryer and a Ps5. I've almost paid it off and I called fort o. And explained to them that I was out of work because my daughter had a cyst on her ovaries. The man I talked to was very very rude and said we don't care make the payment or we come get the stuff. After this I will never go again.
