I do not know if it's all locations or just this one, I will not find out. We have 3items that are on 2 bills When I rented from them the guys was super nice and helpful then he moved up the ladder somewhere. The replacement employees, just wow. Every time we made a payment they would do things, like charge you a late fee before the 5 days, try to collect early through phone call repeat phone calls, when would say I need to pay these two bills (total monthly price 213.) they would forget something and make 1 transation 2 now ur total is like $265. I paid my contracts off and now I come home to a door thing saying they came by to collect. Very unprofessional on many levels.

Lied About Stock & $94/Month for a No-Show Budget Brand ​I am a customer with guaranteed direct deposit income, and the Fort Oglethorpe Aaron's has treated me with total disregard. I was clear from the start that I wanted the GE Profile UltraFast Combo, but I was lied to about their stock. They claimed it wasn't available while it was physically in the store, just to push a budget 'Element' brand on me. ​They are now trying to charge me $93.59 a month for that Element machine they can't even deliver. It has been two weeks with zero personal outreach from management, yet they are harassing my roommate’s phone for payments on equipment I don't have. ​NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: I am a fair person and will readjust this review once a resolution is reached: Deliver the GE Profile UltraFast Combo to my home tomorrow at my current $94/month rate. Until then, my EZPay is revoked and my BBB complaint is active.

Horrible customer service contacted corporate over how I was treated by multiple employees there. Employees were Sabrina, Samantha, Teresa, and Richard…. I will NEVER use Aaron’s again that store is a joke and need new people that are actually people and not rude stuck up jerks! Have already posted about situation on all social media platforms and by word of mouth. I have ALL evidence and recordings of how I was spoken to on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. 🤷🏻‍♀️ would definitely give zero stars if I could!

If I could leave a no star I would. Sabrina and Tim did me and my family so dirty. As a loyal customer of Arron’s for years now I asked Tim yesterday as I can’t afford the $600 plus dollars a month I am spending on a couch tv stand play station for my kids (which was their Christmas present might I add) and washing and drying machines. Things that weren’t worth in the slightest what we paid for them on a monthly basis $600 is half of our rent for our three bedroom apartment if that tells you anything. I asked them very politely because the accounts were two separate accounts one with the furniture the other with the PlayStation and washer and dryer. I asked if I could cancel one of the Get the things they very politely said yes that was fine. I asked them multiple times. Am I still gonna be able to keep my account? (Containing the washer and dryer and PlayStation) Tim Assured me, I would be able to even set up a payment for Today to pay for it. I could hear Sabrina in the background setting up the pick up for the furniture They told me from 10am until 12 PM For the pick up. My husband stayed home from work To ensure somebody would be home to let them in ( He gets paid around $200 a day and missed out on $200 today just to be able to be here) At 1 PM I called them asking them why they had not shown up yet And if they were going to still pick up today, they said they had callouts and was shortstaffed and could we do it tomorrow I told them no It would be best if it was today since my husband had already taken the day off to be there for them. At 4:30 PM, they finally showed up The workers were very polite and said that they were picking up everything. I told him no there has been a misunderstanding that I Had talked to Tim and Sabrina the day before and that we were keeping the PlayStation washer and dryer. The worker pulled his phone out Already had Sabrina on the phone, knowing that they were doing me dirty. As I picked the phone up, she was on speaker in front of my two children ( One of which is autistic the other is only nine) And my 80 year grandma treating me as if I was not even worth The dirt on the ground. She yelled at me Told me I was stupid and that they had not told me that the day before also telling me that they were getting all of their things belonging to Arron’s That was property of Arron’s , not mine Yelled at me for probably about 15 minutes in front of my children and grandmother. She was very unprofessional and rude from the moment, she spoke first. I would highly recommend never using this business. The employees are rude and liars. They do not have any consideration of Anyone’s feelings or if their minors/Elderly in the vicinity. I have not been spoke to you in this manner by a business in my entire life It was completely uncalled for

After two years of paying on a riding lawnmower and finally paying it off! We just found out the spindles were extremely bad! They need replaced! No one at Aaron’s told us that we needed to grease them every two times u cut the lawn !Every time u got on the actual website it doesn’t say anything about that at all ! U call and ask they don’t really tell u anything! But yet we are renting it off u but u have no idea! Wow! So now we have no riding lawnmower because we can’t afford the maintenance to get it fixed ! I’m so upset right now! This whole situation is crap! All because Aaron’s doesn’t tell u how to do the simplest things ! We’ve never owned or rented a riding lawnmower before so how are u supposed to know! How to do so the simple stuff that turns into something more severe unless u tell ur customers about it ! This was a used Troy built riding lawnmower they don’t give u a book on these things ! So basically ur flying blind because u don’t know! I don’t think there maintenance guys even greased it before they brought it to us! Because my husband said he heard squeak every time he shifted when he did the lawn!
